Priyanka was the perfect skin care consultant to guide me through that first appointment. Her warm and friendly demeanour helped me to relax. She provided simple, clear explanations, which didn’t intimidate or overwhelm me. And she made the process feel like fun! She prescribed a simple daily skin care regime which I found easy to follow and which greatly improved my skin hydration levels after just two weeks. Priyanka has given me a consistently caring, gentle and professional level of service at each appointment since. Absolutely wonderful service and pure dedication to improving your skin health. I've seen a few different ladies at La Belle Peau over multiple years (with a couple of years gap, life gets in the way sometimes), Amy, the owner Kim, and today, after a long time not looking after my skin, Petra. Petra was so welcoming and soothing in her craft. It's hard to admit that you've done yourself a disservice and come back to a clinic to say that their hard work has been undone by your circumstance - lack of funds for replacing products or even just forgetfulness. But Petra waved my concerns off with a gentle hand and provided a thoughtful consultation, speaking her thoughts aloud as to where my skin-health resides and her recommendations going forward. None of the recommendations felt like I was being pressured to purchase or spend big, she worked within my budget and each suggestion was purely for my skin's benefit. The facial, peels and mask I had today were so very relaxing and I was checked in with multiple times, we were able to chat a little whilst the work was being done - this is incredible because I'm not usually a chatter, shows just how relaxed I was! I've been recommending La Belle Peau to any friends who are interested and I will continue to do so: it's a lovely environment, with helpful, knowledgeable staff, an incredible complimentary tea blend they make in-house, and the best choice as a treat for yourself.

With so many skin clinics around, it is so hard to know and choose which truly suits! I am very glad I found Vanessa at La Belle Peau. I was honest with her with what I want and didn't want and what I am looking for. Wanting a long term good natural skin care plan that won't burn a hole in my pocket. Wanting better skin as I age. Vanessa listens so well and I can see she truly cares and is always seeking to find the best treatment plan. She doesn't push products or treatments unnecessarily which I appreciate. I don't feel like a number or a commission she has to fulfil. The customer service and care she provides is top notch..
