Highly recommend Drew at this laser clinic. She has a beautiful name and great professional skills. She did a fantastic hair removal job and treated every area carefully. She was also very welcoming and friendly, which is rare in such a fast paced work environment. She’s the reason I’d come back to this branch.

Had my first session getting laser done here! I found the lady who treated me quite standoffish. She was alright when she was doing the laser (however in comparison to my experiences at other clinics, the treatment was not as thorough). Later, when I asked her a simple question to understand the efficiency of laser and the process, she was super standoffish and rude said this was not a ‘permanent’ treatment and when I tried to dig for more info, she acted like I was being a nuisance. Finally her colleague stepped in to explain to me that it only guarantees 70% of results if done regularly (which is just the education I was expecting) I will not be going back.

Generally isn't too bad. The last month or so has been shocking, every time I try to book an appointment, it constantly gets shifted or changed, and leaves me unable to get any treatment done. Because of the inconvenience from the 3rd time, they are giving me a free treatment, which would be great, if it wasn't up to the 6th reschedule already (mind you most recent time was yesterday). I just want to infer that the service is good and the staff that do it are lovely, but the actual appointment schedule is a nightmare. Please adjust the system so that this get fixed and booking times are BOOKED TIMES.

Extremely poor experience at laser clinic belconnen. After my consultation I was informed I might not be able to get treatment due to medication. I was told if I could not get it, then I could get a refund. Due to my doctor being on leave for christmas, I phoned the clinic repeatedly trying to get through. Eventually I was informed that I could receive store credit or a refund and the manager would call me the next day. Following another 2 days of trying to get through, I was informed by the manager that I needed to pay to go see another doctor for a certificate despite being promised the opposite by staff. Very poor customer service and confusing policy. Clearly reading these reviews there is a pattern. Please get your staff on the same page regarding refunds so people are not assured of false promises with no one answering the phone.
