I had a terrible experience at Laser Clinics Booragoon due to their unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. 👎🏻 I arrived 6 minutes late for my hair removal appointment, and as I was walking towards the store, I received a call informing me that my appointment was canceled. I explained that I was right outside of the mall and would be there in less than a minute, but they refused. While I was still speaking, they went silent. I said “hello” three times, and then they hung up on me. Frustrated but willing to accept the rescheduling, I entered the store and asked who had called me. The staff told me it was Tracy. When I confronted her about hanging up, she first denied it, then admitted it but claimed it was because I was “yelling” at her—completely untrue. I asked for an apology, but she refused and then accused me of having a “disgusting manner.” Instead of addressing the issue, the acting manager called mall security to remove me. After telling the security guards about what happened, I calmly sat down and started to read a book while waiting, making it clear I wouldn’t leave without an apology. After about 15 minutes, Tracy came out and finally gave me a reluctant apology, immediately adding, “I wish not talk to you any further.” Regardless, I accepted it and said thank you. Then I left. Later in the afternoon, the store manager, Paula, called to confirm my reschedule for the next day. At first, I didn’t want to go back at all, even though I still had over $100 left in my account. But my friend advised me not to waste my money, so I agreed to reschedule to the next morning. Then When I mentioned that I wanted to file a complaint against Tracy for accusing me of having a ‘disgusting manner’ and for hanging up on me, she seemed unaware of the situation. After checking with her staff about what had happened, she called me back and immediately processed a refund without even asking me—despite their supposed no-refund policy—clearly wanting to avoid further confrontation. This experience was incredibly disappointing. Tracy was rude and unprofessional, the acting manager mishandled the situation by trying to remove me instead of addressing the issue, and Paula’s response made it clear they preferred to brush it off rather than take accountability. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic respect and professionalism.

I recently visited Laser Clinics Booragoon for my laser appointment and had an experience that left me truly disappointed. I walked in to find a new face at the front desk, which was fine, but what followed was far from the welcoming atmosphere I’m used to. The manager, Paula, ignored me when I walked in. She didn’t greet me or acknowledge my presence. Just a rude glare. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but It honestly felt like I wasn’t even supposed to be there. I ended up waiting as another staff member kindly checked me in, which was a relief. What really shocked me, though, was overhearing Paula's extremely rude attitude towards the front desk staff. As I was checking in, I could hear her speaking down to one of the lovely girls who’s been there for as long as I’ve been a customer. This girl is always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, so it was uncomfortable to witness Paula’s behavior. She even had the audacity to kick the girl’s chair as she passed by. I felt really bad for the staff member and honestly, it made me feel incredibly awkward too. I’ve been coming to Laser Clinics Booragoon for over a year and have always had a positive experience, but Paula's attitude was completely out of line. I really hope someone higher up addresses this situation because no one deserves to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially when they’re there for a service they enjoy. It’s a shame that one person's poor attitude can overshadow the great work the rest of the team does

I recently visited as a new customer, hoping to find a special gift for my partner for Christmas . While I was impressed with the selection of products, my experience was marred by the behaviour of the manager I believe her name was Paula . I found her to be extremely rude, both to customers and to her staff. It was really disheartening to witness her undermining one of the lovely staff members who was genuinely trying to help. The staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to assist me, which made the situation even more frustrating. As a new customer, I expected a welcoming environment, but the manager's attitude made me feel unwelcome. I hope the management can address this issue, as I would love to return and support the wonderful staff who deserve to be treated with respect.

I purchased a package of four BBL Hero treatments at Laser Clinic, which has left me completely disappointed and feeling that it was a waste of money. Across the four sessions, my appointments were rescheduled twice - even though I had booked them a month in advance, they changed them on the day and the day before. The reception service was also poor. When appointments were cancelled due to their own issues, they made no effort to accommodate me sooner, instead pushing me weeks later, even though they themselves advised that the treatment works best when done monthly. Eventually, the manager rescheduled for me after the complain. On my second visit, a new staff member was being trained during my treatment. The practitioner working on my face was explaining the procedure to the trainee at the same time but that is ok. But by the third session, the new trainee was performing the treatment on me directly. She appeared unprofessional, nervous, and unsure of what she was doing. The set-up took far too long, and her manner was not only unhelpful and lacking reassurance but also quite condescending. During the fourth session, I was told the new staff resignd - Shock. The practitioner on the fourth session seemed more confident, but she told me she was only a casual worker brought back because they were short-staffed. After I explained my poor experiences, she agreed it was unacceptable and promised to raise it with the manager and arrange another session for me. However, since then, I have not heard back or received any follow-up from the clinic. Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone to go there for BBL treatment. The service is poor, they lack professional staff, and they do not deliver on what they promise. And the clinic runs like a production line and makes no adjustments based on individual needs.
