She takes the time to explain everything properly, makes you feel comfortable, and clearly cares about her clients getting the best results. The staff here are beyond lovely, I was so so disorganised and had booked for the wrong day and they fit me in immediately with no questions asked and as a first time laser user they filled me in on all the required info and made sure I was comfortable. What an incredible team and I’m so beyond grateful for them to have worked around my schedule and still delivered the best service! Would highly recommend!!
