I go to Laser Clinics Australia at Westfield Carousel for my hair removal. I have always had a very good experience. My hair is completely gone now, and I only go for maintenance. One of the therapists, HC, is very knowledgeable and listens carefully. She does exactly the areas you ask for and pays great attention. She really knows what she is doing and explains everything very well. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend booking with HC.

Jenny at the Carousel clinic was extremely rude and unprofessional today. I arrived a few minutes late to my appointment and was told I had to rebook, despite previously waiting 10–15 minutes past my scheduled time without issue. I accepted that and rebooked for 4:10pm. Five minutes later, I realised I couldn’t wait that long because I had my baby with me, so I went back to cancel. Jenny immediately told me I had to pay a cancellation fee for not giving 48 hours’ notice — even though the appointment had just been rebooked minutes earlier. It wasn’t just the policy — it was her attitude. She was dismissive, unsympathetic, and spoke in a way that made me feel completely disregarded as a customer. There was no effort to show understanding or provide any reasonable solution. Customer service at the Carousel clinic seriously needs improvement. Because of this interaction with Jenny, I will not be returning. I would not recommend this clinic based on how customers are treated.
