I did a skin consultation here with Kass. She explained everything to me about my skin during the facial and then recommended some serums that I bought from their clinic. She also recommended probiotics from the pharmacy and some products I was already using. She also helped me eliminate some products from my existing skincare routine that was harming my skin. I saw results in one week, less redness, scarring, breakouts etc. I can't thank her enough, my skin has been so frustrating and a mystery to me. I've been back recently for a peel and LED light therapy and that session was great as well. 10/10.

Very disappointing experience at Laser Clinics Castle Hills ( castle tower). I have visited this location three times (two visits to purchase treatments and one appointment), and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently unprofessional. When I first came in to purchase treatments, I asked how long the promotion would be available as I was interested in buying more later. The two staff members looked at each other and responded in a very dismissive tone that I only had “a couple of days.” When I said thank you before leaving, no one acknowledged it and one of them rolled her eyes. During my appointment today, I was asked to update forms. I politely explained that there were some additional questions I didn’t feel comfortable writing, but I was told I would not be able to proceed with my appointment unless I completed them. I felt pressured to do so. Before the treatment started, I simply asked how long the appointment would take so I could manage my time. The staff member (who said her name was Taylor) responded abruptly and the interaction felt very unfriendly( 20-30 minutes) , When I politely asked if it would be closer to 20 or 30 minutes, she replied abruptly “between,” and after I thanked her she simply looked at me without responding, the interaction felt quite rude and unwelcoming. I have been a long-time Laser Clinics customer at the Chatswood location, where the service has always been professional and welcoming, so this experience at Castle Towers was very surprising. I hope management looks into this, as the level of customer service at this location does not reflect the standard I’ve experienced at other Laser Clinics.

White-blonde girl who served me just now (Wednesday 8 April at 11am) was so rude. She didn't listen when I tried to explain that there was a part of my tattoo that is faded (but still gets zapped painfully by the laser) and that she might need me to point it out to her. She was just silent when I said that. I even asked "Does that make sense?" and she didn't seem to hear/understand. She also seemed to be impatient/annoyed at me all session even though I didn't understand why. Stressful experience overall. I used these guys when my usual clinic is booked out (La Vie in Castle Hill - I highly recommend). The service here depends entirely on who you get, it's been hit and miss. I definitely won't be coming back. Also if you miss shaving a patch of hair with La Vie, they'll do it for you anyway. These guys charge $64 for the tiniest patch of hair that might be missed, which is ridiculous.
