Great LCA clinic and wonderful staff! I’ve been going to Laser Clinics Australia for a couple years now, and have tried three separate locations. Of these, Chatswood LCA clears! I get laser hair removal with Ayla and I seriously can’t recommend her enough! She is so kind, beautiful, genuine, and non-judgmental - which is something that I feel when doing laser is really important. She is thorough, takes her time, and constantly asks if you’re okay or if you want a break. Since getting Ayla the first time, I have not booked with someone else. I truely cannot recommend both this clinic and Ayla enough!!

I'm a regular client at LCA Chatswood for a range of laser and skin treatments. This is an excellent clinic and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for high-quality, thorough treatments in a welcoming environment. I'd particularly recommend Ayla, who has provided me with excellent advice aligned to my skin and my goals and who approaches all her sessions with warmth, humour and care. I’ve had many treatments with Kelsey and the team at LCA Chatswood and they are amazing !! The treatments have always been effective and I’ve loved every single one of them ! I am generally pretty fussy about my skin and what I do to it and the knowledge Kelsey has and brings to the team has surpassed expectations… she has even persuaded me to avoid certain treatments as she didn’t feel they were right for me, which is rare in this industry! I am a definite return customer!

I had an appointment at 11:05am today, I called up to let them know I’ll be five minutes to which they said it’s fine but if it’s any more than that they can’t do my appt. I arrived at 11:10, they refused to complete my appt. It was only a face laser that generally takes 5-10 mins to complete. I said if I wasnt able to do the appt then I would’ve liked to have been told on the phone as I out in effort to get there. They finally decided to do my appt, completed the appointment within 2 minutes. It’s around $80-90 for facial laser and they rush jobbed it within 2 minutes I’m dumbfounded My advice is to not book so many appts back to back, it’s terribly scheduled - leave at least a 5 min Lee way between appts and your service would be a lot better especially for the price we are paying. But also don’t be petty and not complete a service I have paid for properly - it goes against consumer rights. My laser today will go to waste.
