Booked a consult and laser session. Drove 30 minutes to appointment, arranged a baby sitter for my new born only to get there and be told I couldn’t get my laser done because the machine I needed as booked! Absolutely infuriating you aren’t warned when booking a consult that you can’t get your laser done straight away. What’s the point of booking an appointment if it doesn’t exist!! Some people have commitments and can’t just pop back whenever it works for them. Never ever using laser skin clinic
