My second experience with laser at this establishment and I won't be going back again. The first time the girl barely touched my skin. This time around, she didn't laser where I asked her to. They lie about their prices. Tell you one thing one week and then say "oh the sale is not on this week" I was told I could book for 10 sessions at the special price which was what I was expecting, not the price they charged. Very deceiving.

I’m really disappointed with today’s experience. I was only 5 minutes late, and the staff refused to provide the service. I’ve been an old and regular customer here, and many times I’ve had to wait 5–10 minutes for them. But today, when I was just a little late, they didn’t accommodate me at all. This feels unfair and unprofessional. I hope the shop can be more consistent and respectful towards loyal customers in the future. 29th november staff was worst staff.
