I’ve been getting hair removal at this place for a year now. The staff doing the treatments have changed from time to time, but they’ve all been friendly and made the sessions comfortable. Among them, Ina has been the best. I met her again after a few weeks, and not only did she remember me, but she also remembered my previous treatment, which made me feel more at ease. During the session, she carefully explained what she was doing, checked on my condition throughout, and carried out the treatment quickly and painlessly. I really felt cared for.
