Pretty disappointing experience - my partner requested to reschedule her appointment due to it being that time of the month. The employee told her that she should do it anyway and that other women do - When my partner expressed thatshe wasn’t comfortable; the employee simply said she would lose the already paid for session with no option to reschedule. So much for empathy.

I had a session on February 3rd, but not all my hairs fell out. It's not just a few scattered hairs; entire areas were clearly missed. I've already had 12 sessions in France with the same type of laser, and each time everything fell out. I went back to ask if it was possible to have touch-ups, and they took advantage of my poor English to simply tell me that it was normal for not everything to fall out, that I would have to have another session and pay again. And to top it all off, they just advised me to leave a Google review.
