I just finished my first laser hair removal session and I’m honestly so impressed. I was a little nervous going in, but the technician explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. The treatment itself was much quicker than I expected, and the discomfort was minimal. The clinic was spotless, professional, and welcoming. They checked in with me throughout the session to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated!

**EDIT: must have me confused with another patron, not surprisingly, I guess this is a common issue. Finding the gift card was not the issue, obviously (if I couldn't find it, I couldn't complain that they refused to honour it! common sense. I LITERALLY came here since the now deceased double bay location said I MUST use it at what was set to my home location of Potts point, hence the entire purpose of the visit, and their laughable response entirely discredited). The fact the clinic literally did NOT sent to accept a gift card purchased online for THIS SPECIFIC POTTS POINT location is the issue. Nothing in my review is false, however, the reply by the "clinic" is inaccurate and laughable (I was also beaten by a child and its toys just sitting in a waiting chair, no other clientele present but the mother, and the staff was throwing toys over me with it, talk about unprofessional, especially if you don't like children). Should I mention that I visited the double bay location a few months ago as I assumed the gift card could be used at any location, as with a normal business, but turns out they are franchised and entirely unrelated (most franchises ARE related, so ONLY went to this location to use the gift card, so CLEARLY their idiotic response is 100% false!), so paid for another service in double bay entirely since we'd wasted time going there and couldn't use the card - which again, I easily found in my email, and they have since shut down, subsequently, made an appointment at this location as the double bay deceased location said I was forced to use it at what was set as my home location of potts point, so further proving this inept location wrong?! ALSO, I literally THANKED THEM for taking their own gift card BEGRUDGINGLY, and they did NOT thank me but said "you're welcome." kind of useless but the customer service or lack thereof is my issue. even medical grade lasers in australia aren't strong enough to do anything (at over 10k AUD). but it was frustrating that I bought a gift card from abroad as just a stocking stuffer, yet it was a struggle and basically had to force them to take it (how would I have a physical gift card if I bought from overseas?? they issue gift certificates online and from abroad, but acted like they were doing me a favour to use it), when we knew it would be a useless service anyway (as the clinician even admitted herself). The one in double bay just shut down (similar experience, wouldn't honour the gift card/certificate, but their excuse was that we specified Potts point and they are franchised so not related, but then Potts point also didnt want to allow it), and I can see why (and why offer online gift cards if you DONT WANT TO HONOUR THEM)
