had a treatment for hollywood brazilian and underarm. I normally do in other location of Laser Clinic and I always love it. Today is my first time in this location, I came earlier than from my appointment. The lady in reception greet me nicely and double check if I could do earlier than my appointment. However, the therapist did really quick even less than 4minutes I would say. My reservation is for brazillian hollywood, and she only did the regular brazilian and I have to remind her that I did hollywood brazillian and she just just did it really quick less than 5seconds. It’s just not how long does it takes, the way she did it just not really detail as I normally had in Laser Clinic. And it cost $98 for the services..

I’ve been coming here for Botox mainly because it’s conveniently located in my office building, and the experience has always been fine overall, my injector was always great. However, I’ve noticed that the results don’t seem to last very long. My most recent treatment only lasted about a month, which felt unusually short. At first, I assumed it might just be how my body responds but after having the same treatment at a different clinic, where the results lasted over 3 months, it made me question the quality here. It’s made me wonder whether there could be differences in how the product is prepared, as the longevity has been significantly shorter. Because of this, I’ll likely look for another place for future treatments.

The staff at the clinic appeared more focused on promoting and selling products/packages than providing personalised care and clear guidance. As a result, I ended up purchasing services without fully understanding the limitations and conditions attached. For example, it was not explained to me beforehand that I would need to return to the same clinic location in order to utilise the pre-purchased package effectively. Better communication and a more customer-centred approach would have helped me make a better decision. As a first-time customer, I did not feel particularly welcomed or comfortable during the experience. The service felt more focused on selling products/packages than building genuine rapport with clients. In the end, I decided not to return to the same clinic and had to convert my pre-purchased package into credits instead. A warmer and more personable approach would have made the experience much better.
