Worst customer experience ever! Three people sitting behind a counter and not one could assist. Dark haired woman with tattoos was rude and raised her voice at me…..blonde refused to serve me for calling them out on their behaviour. I had to stand and stare at them to get the answer I wanted which was ultimately a refund for services not rendered - their answer “we don’t have a manager” LCA head office will hear of this. Never again. Tuggeranong is the Worst clinic for service ever.
