I will have to start by saying I am a regular customer until today. I have had my laser, micro needling and Botox there and have been happy customer until today. Therefore, not all bad. However, today I only wanted to get a lip flip done, which I was advised was $99 - but when I got there I was advised because that’s all I’m getting done, it will now be $150 - I was being penalised because I only wanted one thing done. I said I will just go elsewhere, and went down to evolution and got it done for $99 - as a loyal customer, and being advised the price then it changes when I get there, is totally unacceptable! I will finish my pre-paid services and go elsewhere moving forward.
