What patients say
5.0My experience with Valea has always been exceptional. She is gentle, empathetic, and incredibly understanding of my anxiety. She always makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the treatment, and her kindness and support make a huge difference every time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is both skilled and genuinely caring.
5.0G’day! Just wanted to share my experience as a client at Laser Clinic Australia in Woden. I must say, it’s hands down the best laser clinic I’ve ever been to. The manager and the whole staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and they genuinely look after their clients. What really stood out to me was the manager—she has heaps of knowledge and is very professional. She always takes her time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. If you’re ever thinking about going to a laser clinic, I’d definitely recommend giving these guys a go!
5.0Highly recommend Valea for laser, she is so so gentle, thorough and ensures you feel completely comfortable the whole time. i haven’t had random patches or harshness ever since switching to her, she is amazing!! 💗 (P.S she also does do weekends for the corporate girlies)
4.0The two therapists working on Sunday demonstrated a high level of professionalism and patience. Despite being confronted by a customer who was unreasonable, verbally aggressive, and repeatedly shouting, they remained calm and did their best to continue providing service. This is truly commendable. However, situations like this are not isolated. I have frequently observed therapists being subjected to unreasonable behavior in the clinic. Such incidents not only place emotional and psychological stress on staff, but also disrupt the treatment schedule and affect other clients’ appointment times. I believe management has a responsibility to provide stronger and clearer support for frontline staff. It would be advisable to empower therapists to refuse service to persistently rude, abusive, or disrespectful customers, in order to protect staff wellbeing and ensure that scheduled treatments for other clients are not compromised. A therapist’s emotional state directly impacts the quality of care they provide. When staff are forced to continue working under verbal attack or distress, this inevitably affects the experience of other clients. Establishing clear boundaries around acceptable client behaviours is essential—not only to protect employees, but also to respect and prioritize the majority of clients who behave appropriately.
1.0I visited this laser clinic for a skin consultation, hoping to get professional advice about my skin and whether I actually needed microneedling or if there were better options. Unfortunately, the lady I met didn’t seem interested in assessing my skin at all. She simply explained what microneedling is — something I had already read about on their website. I was expecting a proper consultation and expert guidance, but instead, I left disappointed by her unprofessional approach. I didn’t feel that my concerns were taken seriously.
