The owner of this clinic, Andrew, said he is no longer the owner to avoid taking responsibility, claiming it’s his mother’s business — which is honestly ridiculous. The store manager later said his mother has already retired. It just shows he’ll make up any excuse to shift responsibility. I’m honestly extremely frustrated and disappointed with this experience. Because of improper handling and poor procedures by the staff, my phone was damaged by their equipment during my treatment. Since December 2025, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue in a polite and cooperative way. However, the person in charge, Andrew, kept delaying things, saying he was “waiting for head office to respond.” Recently, he stopped answering my calls and even blocked my number. This morning I called from a different number, and of course, he picked up immediately. Then he gave me a ridiculous excuse, saying he no longer works there and that the owner is actually his mother. I was honestly shocked. I asked him to provide her contact so I could deal with the actual owner directly, and he just hung up on me. I then called the clinic’s current manager, who confirmed that Andrew is still the owner, and that his mother has already retired. At this point, this is no longer just about a damaged phone. It’s about being constantly brushed off, misled, and treated like I’m easy to fool. The way this owner behaves is completely unacceptable — honestly, it feels like dealing with someone who is dishonest and deliberately avoiding responsibility. Throughout this entire process, I remained respectful and even made an effort to only contact him during work hours (knowing he has a family and trying not to disturb him). This is the response I get in return. If you make a mistake, just take responsibility and resolve it properly. But the way this has been handled — delays, avoidance, and making up excuses — is extremely disappointing.

Extremely disappointing experience at Laser Clinics Zetland. My appointment was cancelled at short notice, and during the rescheduled visit the technician was unprofessional and abruptly ended the treatment. I had also been burnt in a previous session. Despite raising a formal complaint, the issue remains unresolved months later. The clinic refuses to refund my remaining prepaid sessions, even after I have clearly stated I do not feel safe or comfortable returning. The handling of this situation has been stressful, dismissive, and well below acceptable professional standards.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and would not recommend them to anyone. I arrived at the clinic 4 minutes late to my appointment and they refused to see me. I understand if they choose to have a zero tolerance policy, but 1) this was not communicated at any point 2) the front desk lady was very rude dealing with this 3) they had no problem having me wait for 15 minutes last time I came and 4) they charged me a no-show fee which is just ridiculous! I tried to email and call to solve this and have had no reply, which is also extremely frustrating.
