Claire was the one who looked after me, and she was fantastic. She really knew her job and did a great job with the laser removal of my warts and sebaceous hyperplasia on my face and neck. The whole procedure was done seamlessly and efficiently. She was very thorough and caring throughout and always making sure I was okay. She would stop the process if needed and check if I was in pain, which I really appreciated. Claire also has a calming voice and talked to me during the treatment for distractions when I feel some discomfort. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions!🎉. Valerie

I had quite a few dark spots on my head, developed over years of getting sunburnt at the coast. The staff at the laser clinic were absolutely wonderful. I had 2 treatments and my head has never looked better. They are true experts. The technology these days is amazing!

Really nasty. They messed up two procedures, causing some long lasting and some permanent damage to my face and skin. Then did not offer any reasonable assistance (against the code of conduct for ethical clinics), refused to even refund the cost let alone do any remediation, and once they saw the damage they had done actively threatened me as a way of avoiding taking responsibility for the harm they have done - nasty anonymous texts, refusal to answer basic questions, wasting my time with dishonesty, and nasty threatening emails. Sarah pretended she isn't able to see or assess issues (why is she injecting then?) and that you should expect things to get a lot worse before they get better with laser (permanent scarring is ok?) Definitely unethical. Do your homework - they have a track record of doing awful things to patients when things go wrong. Could not be more disgusted by their awful behaviour.
