This light therapy bed is incredible! I weight train, box and run 6-7 days / week. I've been using it 1 x per week for the past 6 weeks. And I have never felt better. I have more energy, less fatigue and recover quicker. It is one of the most relaxing and energising modalities I have discovered in the past 10 years. I leave feeling uplifted and revitalised. Chronic rotator cuff pain has disappeared. I sleep well and I feel great. I could not recommend it highly enough. If you are thinking of trying it, just book yourself 1 session. You won't regret it. Using the Novothor red light therapy helped reduce inflammation from Thyroid Eye Disease and some ligamentous injuries I had from a fall. Led light therapy bed is awesome. It takes max 20 min of your life but can help you a lot with skin or tissue healing by forcing body to produce more collagen. I use the bed for my painful knee with combination of more concentrated red light only on knee which this place offer as well. Can only recommend.
