Finding a new person to stick needles in your face (haha) is daunting, when you had someone you trust to not make you look like a piece of wood, its terrifying to have to change. Your face is the thing everyone sees!! So its highly intimate. I was recommended Lavada for natural enhancement assistance, with out the 'ooooo she's had work done' look. and I've just been back for my second visit, cos obvz I wanted to wait to see if I was happy long term before posting a review. And safe to say very happy to continue with Dr Lexi. She was extremely thorough in discussions with the info I brought from my previous doc, allowed plenty of time to listen and understand my needs and has a lovely calm disposition. Highly recommend. I have also used them for a facial, and again have just rebooked with Aneeka. :-) The atmosphere is so gentle and relaxing, the product quality is high, the staff have great attention to detail and excellent communication, and it all makes a package of comfort and welcome warmth, like a great enveloping hug. Even when arriving almost in tears after a very challenging day! I am now a regular ongoing client! Thanks girls Nx

I had a truly wonderful massage and facial with Caitlin today. Sometimes you have a spa day and your therapist is poorly trained or perhaps just going through the motions. Not so with Caitlin. She was firm, intentional and practiced with her movements. She’s clearly well trained and experienced, and thinks carefully about her client’s experience. Plus she was delightful to talk to, and was genuinely delighted that I’d enjoyed my appointment so much. The spa itself was lovely; it’s stylish, immaculately clean, well-equipped and uses quality products. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I would thoroughly recommend Caitlin. I’ll also post this review elsewhere, because excellence deserves recognition! (Also because I never heard her laugh at my little snores)

Dr Alex Robinson is incredibly skilled, her treatments are both precise and gentle, and the results always feel natural. She provides the best Botox experience I’ve ever had ✨ Alex’s care and attention to detail is outstanding. Tash, the owner, has created such a beautiful clinic that is both aesthetically stunning and genuinely warm. Her caring nature and professionalism is shown in every visit I’ve had there. Calista is an amazing massage therapist whose work is the best I’ve ever come across, and Annika is a wonderful breath of fresh air who brings such a skill and positive energy to the space. Lavada offers an experience that’s not only professional but genuinely nurturing 🌱

Exactly the place I’ve been looking for! I’ve had a few appointments with Aneeka, and honestly, I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly skilled, gentle, and truly pays attention to what you need. Every session leaves me feeling amazing, confident, and so well taken care of. Right, so, picture this: me, a bloke who thinks a "facial" involves shaving, walks into Lavada. Expected a room with a table and some scented oil. Got something that looked like a spaceship designed by a fancy perfume bottle. This place is swanky. Like, "I wear silk pajamas to bed" swanky. I'm sitting there in my shorts, feeling like I've accidentally wandered into a Vogue photoshoot. The air smells like a garden exploded in a good way, and the decor? Mate, it's like a minimalist's wet dream. Then the massage. Turns out, they know what they're doing. Knotted me up like a pretzel, and untangled me like a magician with a rope trick. Honestly, I reckon this place is basically a feminist utopia. They've got the whole "pamper yourself" thing down to a science. Me? I was just happy to get a decent back rub without smelling like a locker room afterwards. If you're a lady who likes nice things, or even a bloke who accidentally stumbled into a high-end cloud, Lavada's worth a visit. 5 out of 5, would recommend, even if you're just there to figure out what all those fancy smells are.
