Worst experience I’ve had. Service and communication was so poor, nothing explained to me and when I ask questions about the laser treatment I was told I was a nervous patient. Dr Ma said she would personally be at my Pico laser appointment to allocate laser settings which she didn’t even show up to, then I had some sort of reaction to the numbing cream which the two girls were very unsure and nervous about which in turn made me very nervous. Asked for a refund, which you need to constantly chase them for and money didn’t get refunded until 2 weeks time. Disappointed is an understatement and was seriously concerned if they are even licensed and hold AHPRA. Would give no star, but need to give at least one to warn people of my experience.
