Three years ago, I was looking for skincare and laser treatment close to home in the hills. As many people with Asian skin know, we often struggle with melasma. Everyone kept suggesting other beauty clinics in the city or in Midland – they advertised laser treatments, but it wasn’t actually laser, and they ended up recommending other types of treatments instead. After trying them, I still didn’t see any real results. One day, I caught up with a girlfriend who mentioned Medical Skin Laser in Kalamunda. I started Googling Dr Lee Lee Do and her team - that’s when I decided to contact them and book an appointment. From the moment I arrived, both the receptionist and the doctors were so friendly and welcoming. I first saw Nurse Lisa she was warm, professional, and truly understood my skin concerns. She was also very honest, and recommended I consult Dr Lee she examined my skin, gave me thoughtful advice, and suggested I begin with a simple skincare routine. She took photos of my face, emailed them to me, and explained how to apply the products correctly. Wow – by the fourth week, I noticed a big change! My skin looked clearer, more radiant, and had fewer dark spots. I’ve continued to follow up regularly, and to be honest, I would never go back to beauty centres that aren't run by medical professionals. This was a completely different experience – having a qualified doctor treat my skin made a world of difference. This afternoon, I visited their beautiful new clinic again. I had misplaced my skincare pack (called Pico), and Dr Lee was very understanding and helpful. She is clearly passionate about her work and does an outstanding job. She is kind, patient, friendly, bubbly and always professional. Dr Lee, Nurse Lisa, and the receptionist are all amazing. I highly recommend Dr Lee and her team. Happy customer.
