I have been going to Milk for my facials for years now, ever since my husband bought me a gift voucher for my birthday. And what a little gem he discovered! Sandra and Emma are wonderful - very caring and they ensure the experience is personal and friendly. The specific focus on the face they have sits perfectly with me as each time I walk out of there I see what great results the non-invasive treatments provide. Emma caters to my skin's needs and suggests which facial she thinks I need on the day. This level of consultation instills confidence in their knowledge and it's like a new experience each time. I’ll start off by saying the premises is very neat and clean. The simplicity definitely brings a sense of calmness. I’ve had two skin needling sessions done by the wonderful Emma. She kept making sure I was comfortable during both of my sessions. My skin has improved since having the treatment done + using their recommended products of Aspect and Cosmedix. I’ll definitely be returning to continue my treatment. : )

Went here a few weeks ago for a classic milk facial and I cant stop thinking about the overall negative experience i had with carolyn here. She was very stand-offish and rude, the treatment itself felt rushed. The products are nice but for the price and how I personally was treated I would be wary....
