I visited two GPs, Dr Jerson and Dr Marietta, and I found both of them to be very professional, thorough, and caring in their approach. I really appreciated the quality of care and how attentive they were during the consultations. The only downside for me is the consultation fee, which is quite expensive and makes it difficult for me to return regularly. I really hope the clinic considers offering bulk billing in the future, as I would love to continue coming here if cost was more accessible

Very disappointing experience with the receptionist. I had already done a test at this clinic and later had a phone consultation with the doctor. After that, I decided to continue my care at another centre and had already arranged further tests. The receptionist called me insisting that I needed to come back to the clinic. I tried to explain that I had already spoken with the doctor and that my case was being handled elsewhere, but she kept insisting and even sighed on the phone while I was asking questions to make sure it was really necessary. I ended up going to the clinic because she made it sound mandatory, but when I arrived it turned out that it was not necessary for me to be there. It was a complete waste of my time, and the attitude I received was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Saw dr Yau for severe back pain relief and was very condescending and refused to believe in the level of pain I was experiencing. Left with no new pain resolution medication and told me to go to hospital if pain didn’t improve. Treated me as if I was pretending about the severity of the pain and a junkie. Would not recommend at all.
