I would not recommend Miss Right Cosmetic Clinic. Hygiene was poor, with water on the floor and no slip sign, and the chairs looked unclean. Customer service was also disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, I did not feel comfortable and would not return.

Extremely poor service and unacceptable hygiene standards. The premises are not clean, and overall maintenance is well below an acceptable level. The owner appears only when payment is required and is otherwise unavailable. Booking or scheduling services takes an unreasonable amount of time, and follow-up communication is consistently ignored. In my case, a refund was promised multiple times, with explanations such as “banking issues” and illness, yet no genuine effort was made to resolve the matter. After repeated follow-ups, communication stopped entirely, with the owner remaining inaccessible and leaving staff to handle the situation without authority. Based on my experience, there is a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and transparency. I would not recommend this business and advise others to be cautious before spending their money here.
