I have been in this practice since it was open. My colleague has recommended that I see Dr Olga Pylypyak. She is without a doubt the finest doctor I have ever dealt with. Dr Pylypyak knows just what to say to make me feel better without even taking a prescription. I have met patients who travelled more than one hour to see her. It is rare for a GP. She treats patients with great respect and genuine interest in their medical history. Sometimes I didn't go to a specialist because my doctor had all the answers.

Dr Olga Pylypyak is a very experienced, polite and professional GP, with expertise in skin check/treatment. I have been seeing her for quite some time now, although residing reasonably far from Bondi, and very satisfied with her services. Due to her experience, she obviously have this great old fashion doctor approach with her patients which is about to disappear in the health services world. Highly recommend her.

Was not willing to speak on the phone and pushed me to appointment. Just needed partners Doctors certificate. No staff, no organization just pushing for money to book appointment to ask question? Was not polite on phone. Not recommending her to anyone in Bondi area as you can see by general public perception.

I would never consider returning. This is my view, and may not be that of others. In my experience when looking at my file, the "reason for the visit i.e. skin check: BCC, SCC, or Melanoma is stated, as is a request for the printed Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology results. In my case the Doctor knew very well I had a family history of skin cancer, and therefore, I did agree to have excisions of suspected skin cancers removed surgically without the evidence of a biopsy as I was in the fear that if left "I would end up needing skin grafts". Pathology results were given, however, the actual results are not documented in the clinical notes, leaving ambiguity in substantiating the need for the procedures in the first instance. I found most (not all) of my excisions were keratosis, a wart, and the removal of "melanoma", which turned out to be a freckle! In another situation unrelated to my skin, I felt judged; My complex needs were dismissed, minimised, and not met, even though I had years of documentation supporting my health. I left feeling distressed and in a vulnerable space. After giving messured and fair written feedback of my experience, I recieved a short and abrupt reply; "G'day (first name only), our doctor -patient relationship has been terminated. Please see doctors you are happy with. kind regards (Doctors full name)"

She was very rude, everything happened so in a rush that she told me that the time is up you need to pay more for more time, I didn't get any prescription as the time exceeded and told me this is business so I'm giving you time while not giving me anything written on paper other that the things needed to give to the chemist. Not going back over there, just got more upset and wasted money. I think if a patient is coming to you then you should make the patient comfortable other than upsetting them as the patient is already upset. Please treat the patient properly. Thank you
