What patients say
5.0Brilliants doctors and nurses. They are super friendly and helpful. Everyone does an amazing job of explaining what is going on, what to expect, and how to take care of surgical sites when you get home. No question is considered silly.
5.0I have been before but long time ago. Can’t speak highly enough about the friendly staff and very thorough and knowledgeable Dr’s. I always feel that I am in the best of hands and getting the best treatment possible. Everything is explained in detail and you come away knowing exactly what’s happening or going to happen and I always leave confident after attending.
5.0I am very happy with my care at the clinic. Dr Jack always looks after me well, keeps me informed of my options and has excellent communications skills. I highly recommend him and the very competent staff to anyone who needs a skin cancer check (and don't we all?).
5.0Ive been here 3 times and seen 3 different doctors. All were friendly and efficient, as were all the nursing and admin staff. They run avery well oiled machine so be sure not to forget an appointment
4.0Efficient friendly skilled service by doctor, nurse and staff… but, very expensive out of pocket after Medicare refund. Almost becoming a situation of do I or don’t I this year. Sadly this important medical proactive process is probably becoming the latter choice for a lot of people in recent times. It would therefore be nice if net after Medicare could be a bit more affordable for everyone, not just the more financially fortunate people.
