Such a lovely experience at this clinic. The environment was spotless, calm, and very professional. The staff were incredibly warm, respectful, and attentive, and they genuinely cared about making patients feel comfortable. Everything was well organised and the service was excellent. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to others. And Dr Riasz Hashemi is truly one of the best doctors I have ever met. He listens very carefully and patiently to everything I say and never makes me feel rushed during appointments. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to understand their concerns properly. His calm, kind, and professional manner makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. Finding a doctor like him is rare and I’m very grateful to be under his care.

June 2026: Had a Telehealth On Demand appointment this evening with Dr Krishnan. I received a call within ten minutes from booking online. Very happy with the outcome and felt reassured after speaking with him about a medical issue that I was concerned about. As a first time patient using this system I was happy indeed.

I have been seeing Dr Riasz Hashemi for over 10 years. He has an excellent manner, extremely knowledgeable, listens when I talk about anything and everything lol plus he cares for his patients and doesn’t rush me even when he’s running late which most Doctor’s do. I can’t speak highly enough of him and his Practice. Even though I’m a lot further away from his new Practice I will always travel the distance to see him.

Medical practice staff lied to me then refused to book my appointment with my doctor. I will be never going there ever again. It is disgusting how they treat people and after lying to my face they have the nerve to ask me to give them my card details when they’re actively dishonest towards me.
