I met with Dr Bannister due to on going concerns about skin blotching that would come and go. He went thru various issues (food and lifestyle) that were not skin related to try and work out any triggers. I left with a script and he advised to wash using a certain soap. So glad I went as the issue has all cleared up. Many Thanks

I was extremely disappointed by my visit with Dr M Bannister. I went in to discuss my eczema and I explained I didn’t want to rely on steroids anymore as i’ve been on them for 10+ years and they’ve only made my skin worse to which he became very rude saying “don’t believe shit you see on tiktok and social media” as if i hadn’t just told him my personal experience using the steroids. I then went on to show a pigmentation on my face that has now been there for about a year now and i want to get rid of and all he said was “it’s pretty mild” and didn’t help me whatsoever. So upset with this visit i left feeling very ignored and spent $150 to get told to go back on steroids that i specifically said i wanted to stop using.

Had a terrible experience with Dr Bannister he was very patronising and rude and did not help me at all with what i came in for. I've seen countless of medical specialists for many years regarding my skin condition and I've never had such a poor experience. I never leave reviews but this was honestly so disappointing.
