I consulted Dr Gary Loh for a routine skin cancer check, and subsequent treatment of a squamous cell carcinoma (skin cancer) that was diagnosed with a biopsy performed here. The service is very very professional, prices are very fair, and they organise the Medicare rebate for you. Very helpful reception staff too, and they will validate your parking ticket to give you an hour for free inside Wilson Parking at Greenwood. Highly recommended for a professional and fair priced service.

I went here for a skin check in January of last year and had a lesion removed from my upper back at my request. While the procedure itself was fine, I wasn’t properly informed about how much it would scar and stretch over time. I was told it would leave a mark, which I assumed meant a small line where the cut was and was fine with that. Instead, it required five stitches and has since stretched into a large circle, which has caused me a lot of stress. I’ve had to do laser and microneedling to try to improve it, and over a year later, I’m still dealing with the healing. I really wish they had explained the aesthetic impact more thoroughly, or other options available (like laser removal) so I could have made a fully informed decision. The skin check itself was efficient and seemed satisfactory.
