Dr Amy and her team are all friendly and professional. I appreciate all the advice Dr. Amy has provided me over the last couple of years. This is for my perioral dermatist, rosacea and a couple of other issues. We have made some good progress! I always feel as though my skin concerns are taken seriously and I appreciate how Amy will provide me options at different prive points. Thanks team!

Had my first visit to Dr Amy O’Brien at O’Skin yesterday. She was so helpful, friendly and professional and made me feel completely comfortable. The reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. I’m happy to recommend O’Skin.

Such a beautiful , clean and private space. I had a full skin check with Dr Samantha and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I feel like the exam was very thorough, the process was explained to me before the exam was started and all my questions were answered. Thank you !

I am 42 and I was seeking help for wrinkles and fine lines. They suggested I try Pico laser. After two sessions I noticed my skin texture looked worse. Because the Pico laser wasn't helping they recommended I try profhilo. This cost $1600 for two sessions and did nothing positive. After a while I decided to try one more time with them because I was so upset that nothing had helped and I was looking worse. They offered a free session of Cool Peel, stating "it was a newer technology and worked different to other lasers" so I wouldn't worry about the same thing happening that did with the Pico. What happened after the Cool Peel was worse than the Pico. It made my chin area saggy, with lines and it did nothing at all to improve my skin. The down time was around a week and I have ended up with a turkey neck that WAS NOT like that before and it happened within 2 weeks of the session. My loved ones agreed that it looked noticeably worse after the Cool Peel. When I brought it up with them they denied it was possible for that to happen from the Cool Peel and said "you are probably going through perimenopause" as the explanation of why it may have looked worse. All up I spent over 2k to look and feel worse about myself and then, to add insult to injury, I was treated like I was imagining it and they denied it was even possible for anything like that to happen. They told me not to come back rather than taking my distress seriously and doing proper documentation of this negative result. They seemed so lovely and it is sad this did not work out well for me. I really dislike writing negative feedback but I want people to know that is is possible for these procedures to damage and make things worse and if they do, you get no compensation.
