I had such a wonderful experience at Ochre Natural Skin and Beauty, especially with Danella for my electrolysis treatment. From the moment I arrived, the space felt clean, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable which put me at ease straight away. Danella was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle and genuinely caring throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain the electrolysis process in detail, including how the hair growth cycle works, which I really appreciated, it made me feel informed and confident in the treatment. What really stood out was how she kept me engaged the whole time. She chatted with me nonstop, sharing funny stories and making the entire session fly by. There wasn’t a single awkward or silent moment, which made the experience even more relaxing. I was also pleasantly surprised by how manageable the treatment felt, it was far less painful than I had imagined. Even better, she was able to clear the entire area we focused on in just 40 minutes, which was incredibly efficient. At no point did I feel uncomfortable, Danella created such a safe and positive environment. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering electrolysis! I will definitely be back for further treatment, thank you so much Danella.
