We had a great morning with my daughter at Sheraton spa. All the staff were friendly, professional and we felt very welcome. We started with a steam room, then had a swim in the pool, water was pleasant and there is also jacuzzi if you prefer warmer water. Swimming pool is not too big but it’s nice for a relaxing swim and the views from the top of the 22nd floor are beautiful. We also used sauna followed by one hour classic massage. We both felt fantastic afterwards. Everything was neat and clean and we also appreciated that you get bathrobe, slippers and towels so you don’t have to carry much with you. There is also a hairdryer, shampoo, shower caps, showers etc provided. Altogether it was beautiful experience and we look forward to repeating it sometime in the future

My husband and I treated ourselves to a couple of days at the Sheraton and we included a 1 hour couples massage and high tea. It was his first time ever having a massage and he was a bit apprehensive, but Aupana & Jen made us both feel comfortable and at ease. The view in the room was beautiful, the girls were friendly, professional and the massage was heaven. We were able to use the sauna and the steam room in the change rooms (mens and womens separate) and we spent some time in the pool area and the spa before our high tea. The pool water wasnt as warm as I would have liked, but the spa made up for it. Plenty of towels, change rooms with showers clean and the overall experience was so relaxing and lovely. We got slippers and robes. My husband and I will go back one day.

it was my first time ever being at a spa place and the receptionist lady at the spa was so welcoming and was kind to answer any of my questions or concerns i had. the nurse lady who took care of me was very nice and provided me what felt like a luxury massage. the pool was super relaxing as well. i was able to have loads of free water and a shower also. also loved the fact that were was easy to use lockers for my belongings. 10/10 would come back.

Lovely experience. Very relaxing. Amenities are nice and with very nice views of the city. If you are going as a couple just be aware that sauna, steam room and massage room are completely separated for male and female so you won’t be enjoying the activity together. Overall - recommended!
