Lauren made me so at ease after never having a facial or knowing what to expect. She also guided me through some products to buy after the treatment as I was so overwhelmed at Mecca etc and didn’t know what to buy. If anyone is like me and doesn’t have a clue with skin care she is so helpful. Such a fab experience!! I had a custom facial with Lauren where we discussed some issues Im having with my skin and she explained what we could do on the day to help! Really relaxing facial including arms and face massage and I decided to add on LED at the end after Lauren explained the benefits! I bought products on Lauren’s recommendation after my treatment but didn’t feel pressured or forced into doing so as I have in other places.
