I recently had skin needling done, and she made the whole process comfortable and easy. My skin texture has completely changed, it feels tighter, brighter, and so much smoother. Jess has a 10/10 lash lift service. I’ve had quite a few lash lifts before and my lashes are really stubborn and straight, so they don’t always take well, but Jess took so much time to make sure everything was suited to my lash type. She adjusted the rod and timing to get the best result possible and I’m soooo happy with how they turned out. Not to mention she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Such an easy, relaxed appointment and you can tell she really cares about what she does.

I honestly cannot recommend Sophia enough. This was hands down the best lash lift and tint and brow treatment I’ve ever had. My lashes look unreal I have had so many compliments since getting them done, and people keep asking where I went. Sophia is so patient, gentle, and genuinely takes the time to understand what will suit you. She has such an eye for detail and knows exactly what will look good on your face shape and features. I was super apprehensive and of getting micro-needling and Sophia was really supportive and incredibly informative when it came to answering all my questions about the process.
