Dr. Farhadieh performed my breast explant surgery in March 2019. Right from the start when I had my initial consultation he was extremely caring and professional, he listened to my concerns without judgement and was very compassionate. He was informative and answered all of my questions without trying to rush me out the door. His bed side manner was flawless and I knew I was in safe hands. His nursing team were also great, they always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and as relaxed as I could be. After my surgery the follow up was very thorough, both he and his administrative team provided great support which made all the difference knowing they still cared after the fact. 10/10 - Amazing service provided and would recommend to anyone looking for a trusted plastic surgeon, I cant thank him enough!! 14 months later I saw Dr. Farhadieh again for a surgical scar revision. I had some anxiety around the procedure, but he managed to keep me completely distracted the entire time and before I knew it, it was over. His bed side manner is that of no other Doctor I have been to before; he has a great sense of humour and is very attentive. A true professional.

I could not have had a better experience with Ross. He is a kind and caring Surgeon who goes above and beyond to make sure his clients understand procedures, and feel completely comfortable about the entire process. I had a breast implant explantation completed after suffering a Bakers 4 capsular contracture on my implants that I had previously done by another surgeon back in 2015. Ross talked me through the options I had, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the process. he had my health and best interest at heart the entire time, and I cannot wait to see him again in a few months to discuss my next surgery. I saw Dr Ross Farhadieh in the Canberra clinic late last year for a consult after an ultrasound detailed an implant rupture I had. From the very first consult I found Ross extremely personable and professional. I required revision surgery and had been quite unwell. His knowledge and understanding of what I hoped to achieve whilst keeping my body shape and balance in mind was extremely comforting. I felt respected and heard. Between booking my surgery and the operation itself there were a number of hurdles I had to face which his clinic and wife Yasamin were there to assist me every step of the way. There was no query or setback I couldn't address with them and they did everything within their means to assist me. My admission process was quick and simple and we made jokes and I was made to feel at ease right up to the countdown on the table. The entire way through I had complete faith in Ross and his team. I knew that they would take care of me. Ross was one of the first people I saw when I opened my eyes. Together with the nursing team i was comfortable, well fed and more than happy with my results. Aside from some nausea it didn't feel like I had just been operated on at all. After my surgery we discovered there actually wasn't an implant rupture which was going to prove to cause some problems with expected compensation I was to receive to help cover the costs of the surgery. I cannot begin to explain in words how Ross and Yasamin stood by my side and helped me when dealing with the manufacturer. The constant check in calls and emails after surgery to see how I was recovering, the countless conversations and correspondence to provide support and guidance seeking compensation on compassionate grounds. I don't know how I would have managed post op without the level of care they provided. I am currently 8 months post op and am happy to say that Ross is a master in his field! I'm extremely happy with my results and I know any concerns I may have will be answered and assisted with, without tears and/or feeling dismissed. From the bottom of my heart thank you for your never-ending support, kindness and surgical skills. I will always remember how much easier you made my experience and I couldn't imagine going to any other surgeon or clinic feeling as confident or having as much trust as I have in Pantheas.
