I’ve been getting lash lifts for years, but have moved to Mosman recently and wanted to try somewhere local. I went for the Korean lash lift, as I wanted something that would make my lashes a little healthier. There was no consultation to see what I was looking for (it says there is one on the booking) she just got straight to work, which I found pretty rushed. My lashes are naturally very long, so usually they almost touch my eyebrows after a lift. This time they looked less ‘lifted’ than when I curl them myself at home. The tint was also very sloppy and didn’t go to the root at all, which is frustrating as my eyelashes are very blonde, so I like my tint to be as black as possible. I understand that it was Christmas Eve and maybe she was clocked out, but I only booked this date as she cancelled my appointment from a few days prior. I never leave bad reviews as I do appreciate independent businesses rely on positive feedback, but I do feel like I wasted my money here and wish I stuck to my usual place in the city.
