CHEATING CUSTOMER SO WELL !!!They don’t look after you be careful in invest money on them they don’t care about your availability, so if you invest in them is wasting because if you can’t attend when they feel like they not gonna refund you the money they will just tell you that you lost the membership .

On November 12th, I attended my third laser hair removal appointment at your Surry Hills, scheduled for 5:30 pm. Upon arrival at 5:12 pm, the staff member confirmed my appointment time but insisted on attending me earlier due to a 5:15 pm booking. Despite my initial reluctance, I was persuaded to proceed earlier. The appointment was for three areas, but the experience was marred by a lack of discretion and privacy. I wasn't given adequate time to prepare, and the door remained open. The treatment was more painful than expected, and I felt rushed and uncomfortable. The staff member's comments about my body, overheard as I left, were unacceptable and made me feel embarrassed and distressed. As a customer, I expect a higher level of professionalism, privacy, confidentiality and respect. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid similar situations and that your management team will review their standards for client care and confidentiality.
