I visited Medical Centre today and had a truly wonderful experience. I’m not afraid of needles or blood tests, but my veins are very difficult to find. In the past, a nurse attempted to take blood from my wrist, tried seven times, and I ended up fainting. That experience was quite traumatic for me. Because of this, after fainting multiple times during previous blood tests, I was genuinely very anxious going into today’s appointment. However, thanks to the nurse who took care of me, I felt safe for the first time. She was incredibly patient, spoke to me calmly, reassured me throughout the process, and clearly explained why my previous experiences had been handled incorrectly. Despite my “ghost veins,” I didn’t feel even the slightest pain. I honestly didn’t feel the needle at all. Even though I am a foreigner living here, she made me feel completely at home. I would also like to thank Dr. Maji. He listened carefully to everything I shared, understood my concerns clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped me by creating a clear roadmap for my next steps. He was extremely attentive, professional, and reassuring.

went here for travel vaccinations- doctor was lovely and informative. i am usually very scared of needles but the nurse was very nice and i barely felt anything - she seemed very skilled. there was also barely any wait time and the receptionists were very nice

I had a very bad experience with the dr. Yan Zhang, during consultation she only asked me what happened and since when my skin reaction happened. She didn’t checking or touching or even have a look closely to check on me. I just asking her few questions and at the end she charged me long consultations. First I was paying $90 , then the final she add $50 more. I don’t think her suggestion was helpful for me. I came to see her to hope that i could find solutions or at least get recommendations for blood test, however she didn’t want to talked a lot during consultation and keep gave me same answers. I kept push her with different questions at the end she wasn’t look happy. I still feel the same after I seen her. Awful!!!

What a horrible experience with Dr. Wai. I went in to check a boil infection and he told me that in the worst-case scenario it could be “cancer”. Until my next appointment I was overthinking and worried sick about my health. At the follow-up to check my results, he recommended more antibiotics. I told him I was concerned about taking them for so many days because I'd already been on antibiotics for about 2 weeks before seeing this clinic. Instead of reassuring me, he got upset and rudely said, “What do you want to do?” I came in worried and was shocked by his response. He also said it was 5pm and there were people waiting, as if it was my fault. I booked my appointment days in advance. What a horrible experience. I don't care about the copy-paste apology the clinic will probably leave here like it does with all complaints. You can tell the owners/managers don't care. Think twice before going to this place — your mental health could be affected too
