I’ve always felt insecure about my eyebrows as they almost weren’t recognisable on my face. After doing some research I came across Shama. I decided to choose Shama as soon as I met her, because she knew how important my eyebrows were to me! From the moment I stepped into the salon, I felt her calmness and confidence in the work she does. She was very knowledgeable about the process, which made me feel so comfortable putting my eyebrows in her hands. Throughout the whole treatment she was extremely professional and relatable. She was very responsive if I ever had any questions and really cared about me, the process and outcome. You could tell she does this everyday, because she had the perfect eye for detail with the shape and colour. My NEW eyebrows are now a beautiful feature as it helps shape my face. I feel so confident about my eyebrows now, especially on those days I’m running errands or exercising with no makeup. I can’t wait to go back for another session. It was a really rewarding experience and I would do it all over again. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or outcome!

I was a bit worried getting my eyebrows tattooed until Shama stencilled them on to show me what they would look like. She is very patient whilst I asked her to add and remove the thickness. She’s a perfectionist and that’s what I love about her work. You will not leave her salon feeling like you don’t have a say in how your shape and darkness looks. I’m very thankful for her. I’m addicted to getting my eyebrows tattooed now. Girls I highly recommend Q Luxe Cosmetica

I am totally impressed with the service and care provided. Knowing that it was my first experience she was really patient and took time to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with the work.
