5.0I attended the surgery this morning for a covid shot. When I arrived early, I was attended to immediately by Mel whose attention was highly efficient and very professional as it has always been for the many years I have been attending this practice. I recommend Randwick Medical very highly having been a patient here for more than 3 decades , mostly treated by Dr Ray Tockar, whose knowledge, skill and manner are of the highest possible standard. Reception staff too are always warm, friendly, efficient and professional.
5.0Dr Ray Tockar has been my wife and my doctor for 27 years. We have absolute faith and trust in him due to his knowledge and caring nature. We consider ourselves fortunate to have him.
5.0I can’t recommend Dr Janie Sim highly enough. I was referred to her by a friend, and it has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. Having seen several doctors over the years for the same concerns, I often felt they were dismissed or that I was simply told to manage them. Dr Sim has been completely different. She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to listen carefully, and is genuinely committed to finding solutions rather than overlooking issues. She is also very approachable and down to earth, which makes every appointment comfortable and reassuring. Even when I come in with multiple things to discuss, she works through each one thoughtfully and thoroughly, and I never feel rushed. It makes such a difference having a doctor you can truly trust. I’m not really one to usually leave a Google review, but I feel very grateful to have found Dr Sim and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others.
5.0I cannot praise this practice high enough. The staff, from the receptionists to the nurse and doctors all make sure you are looked after in the best possible way. From booking doctor and or nurse care. Sometime the wait time is a bit longer than expected, but it is worth the wait as I have always left feeling comfortable and confident in the care and diagnosis given.
5.0I had a 1cm skin cancer on my arm. At Randwick medical it was removed expertly under a small area of local anaesthetic. This was much easier than having to go to a hospital theatre. I was comfortable and confident throughout. I recommend the clinic unequivocably. Elizabeth Levy
