I went to Samara Aesthetic today for a skin treatment, and I’m so glad I did! I was treated by Tirvin, and she was absolutely amazing, so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly: what she was doing, what products she was applying, and the exact dosage she was giving me. It was such a wonderful experience! The whole team at Samara Aesthetic is very professional and friendly. The prices are a little on the higher side, but honestly, the quality of service makes it completely worth it. Very disappointing experience. As a long-term client, what happened today was unacceptable. I rearranged my entire day.. took half a day off work, lost money, postponed meetings, and travelled a total of two hours to and from the clinic- for a Pre-Vooked IV infusion appointment, just to be told the nurse is too busy to stay in the room for 15 minutes during the infusion/come back to push another injection towards the end of the infusion. So, they are overbooked, and just quickly after making the iv line the nurse will attend another patient, which happened before. And had to wait for 15 minutes after the iv drip ended with the canula on to wait for the nurse to return and take off the canula in previous occasions. no issues with that as I understand things can get busier. But for today, after straightaway denying treatment, there was no apology, no attempt to offer an alternative solution, and no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. just been told straightway that she can not do this. Being a doctor myself, I can feel how unprofessional this is!! As a medical professional myself, this level of disregard for patient care, safety, and basic professionalism is deeply concerning. I genuinely hope Dr. Sam reviews this incident seriously and ensures this does not happen to other patients.
