5.0I had an eyelash extension removal (from a cheap place) and a new natural set applied. Amanda explained so much that had never been explained to me before. I had less natural lashes left on one eye...but she ensured I had an even look. I don't recommend places often, but I would highly recommend. I did not feel that my appointment was rushed in anyway - it was my first time at Sibu and I was treated as though I had been going there for years.
5.0Dear Sibu Beauty, I loved visiting your salon. Maddie was amazing- so great to talk to, really lovely and made me feel so welcomed and pampered. With other salons i feel like ‘in and out’, not with Maddie, and she did the best eyelash tint and brow wax ive ever had/ every eyelash tinted, and the tint didn't leave my eyes looking red. I will definitely be coming back.
5.0I’ve been going to Sibu Crace for nearly 6 years and the service is amazing! All the therapists are great and know their stuff. Amanda the owner and Lucy are standouts! I’ve had facials, led light therapy and massages. Lovely products and you always leave feeling relaxed and gorgeous!
3.0Unfortunately the nails I had done started lifting 3 days later, lack of gel used to stick down the nail, I pointed out at the time they were getting done that there was a bubble under one and the girl shrugged it off saying you won’t be able to see it, ignoring the fact that it meant there was nothing to hold it down. The excess gel was squeezed out from under the nail and on to my skin and wasn’t wiped away so I literally had glue ramps connecting my skin to the underneath of the nail which I had to pull away from my skin, it would have been up to 3mm thick at the base, but apparently it was left there for stability of the nail. The gel was built up with numerous layers on top and looked very chunky. The tips were painted on with a little cushion type device which also put white gel on the underside of the nail and the ramp created by the gel between the nail and my skin. I honestly looked like I had been painting the house not just been to a beauty parlour. I have just been to another nail artist 4 days later and have had my nails re done. An expensive experience in all. On the bright side, my pedicure was carried out by another lady and was lovely and my eye brows were done nicely and naturally which is what I requested. The image of my left hand underneath the nails shows where I was trying to get rid of the ‘ramps’ myself using one of my work tools as it was uncomfortable. Any who… I think the girl that did my manicure maybe needs a little more training.
1.0My wife had gone in for a pedicure with a beautician named Amy, she had come home very upset with her results and how she was treated by multiple staff. She told me she was ignored for 15 minutes in the reception and after she was seated the beautician was very blunt towards her. If I could give a lower rating I would.
