I had a very frustrating experience today. I arrived only 2–3 minutes late for my appointment, and I even called to inform them that I was on my way. However, instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff member spoke to me in a very rude and unfriendly manner. What made it worse was that the staff kept talking and arguing with me for around 10 minutes, and during that time my appointment time was basically gone. If they had used that time to actually help instead of arguing, the situation could have been solved easily. I understand that timing is important, but respect and good customer service are just as important. The way I was treated was very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t know the name of the staff member, but the attitude was not acceptable. When I asked to reschedule, I was told the next available appointment is only after 2–3 weeks, which was very inconvenient. Overall, a very poor experience. I hope management improves staff behavior and customer service.

I have called more than 20 times in the last month, but no one has answered the phone. I’m not sure why they keep a phone line if calls are never answered. I also made a booking online and went in for a consultation, but the staff were very unfriendly. They did not smile or make me feel welcome. It felt as though they were treating me for free and did not care about the customer. Costumer service could be better.

I got my period on the day of my appointment and attempted to call the salon two hours in advance to ask whether I could arrive slightly later or reschedule, as I needed to return home to clean myself first. I called twice, but no one answered. I still made a serious effort to attend the appointment and arrived 8 minutes late. At the front desk, the staff member repeatedly emphasized that the treatment was only 10 minutes long, that I had already missed 8 minutes of it, and that the next client had arrived and started, therefore my appointment could not be honored. I live in the city and rushed home after work solely for this appointment, then drove all the way to Belconnen under extreme time pressure. In order to avoid bleeding during the treatment, I had to insert a tampon very roughly, which caused significant pain. Despite explaining this and asking if there was any possibility to fit me in, there was no flexibility, empathy, or attempt to assist. The issue here is not the policy, but the complete lack of communication and human understanding. This experience was physically uncomfortable, emotionally distressing, and left me feeling dismissed as a customer. A more professional and compassionate approach is urgently needed.

I am extremely disappointed with the way the manager handled both staff and customers. The level of disrespect shown during my interaction was unacceptable. When she was unable to verify my package purchase in the system, rather than making a genuine effort to resolve the issue, she responded with rude and inappropriate comments directed at me. After I provided clear proof of purchase, there was still no apology or acknowledgment of her behaviour. The lack of professionalism and accountability made the situation even worse. Professional and respectful customer service is essential for any successful business. Unfortunately, the experience at Belconnen fell far below an acceptable standard.
