Nurse Darshanaa is absolutely amazing! I had my lips done by her a few weeks ago for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier. She immediately understood exactly what I wanted keeping them natural but beautifully full, I’m in love with the results! Usually, I experience a lot of downtime and bruising when igve had them done elsewhere, but this time I had minimal recovery and no visible bruising at all. It was truly the best experience, and I won’t be going anywhere else again. I’ve already recommended her to anyone who will listen!

I’ve been coming here for face and neck laser treatments since June 2025 and have seen very good results overall. However, my appointment today at 12:15 was disappointing. The staff member did not clean my face before starting, did not review or follow my treatment history, and did not apply sunscreen after the procedure. This was very different from my March appointment, where the clinician was thorough, attentive, and carefully tracked my hair growth before scheduling make sure your next appointment (june) is with a more experienced staff member—that can sometimes get a better response. Consistency, hygiene, and proper aftercare are very important for treatments like this. I hope the clinic can improve the standard of care across all staff.”
