I love visiting Silk Booragoon! The team are always so friendly and welcoming. Tess is so kind, accommodating and makes you feel completely at ease. Caitlin, the therapist I see, is amazing! She is efficient, thorough, and always up for a good laugh, which makes every visit such a pleasure. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their clients. I was not satisfied with my experience at Laser Clinic Booragoon. The customer service was poor and did not meet basic expectations of professionalism. I did not feel welcomed or properly cared for as a client. The quality of service was disappointing, and overall my visit did not reflect the standard a professional clinic should provide. Management should take this feedback seriously and improve their staff training and service standards.
