I'm disappointed in the service. I came 5 minutes early to my appointment, waited 10-15 minutes for a staff member to come out to reception, just to be told that my appointment had been cancelled because the therapist called in sick. I didn't receive any text, call or email regarding this. The staff member said they tried to text me in the morning but they 'didn't think it worked'. If they had emailed or called me, I would have been able to reschedule rather than waste my time waiting for my non-existent appointment. This was really frustrating - the communication of this clinic seems very poor.

I’ve been here a few times and honestly the experience really depends on who you get. I’ve had great treatments with one therapist, but unfortunately both of my disappointing visits were with the same person. once for a peel and once for microneedling. The peel was uneven, and the microneedling felt very light and patchy, with some areas missed. It was pretty frustrating and didn’t feel worth the price, especially knowing other therapists here do a much better job. It would be really helpful if therapists wore name tags or if clients could request a specific therapist when booking, just to avoid repeat experiences like this

I had a bad experience with my recent facial treatment. The quality of service seems to completely depend on the person who is treating you, which shouldn’t be the case. Unfortunately, my experience was not good at all. I don’t know the name of the staff member, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I honestly don’t think this company deserves clients. This is the third time I’ve changed locations hoping for a better experience, especially since I’ve already purchased non-refundable packages. The first two times, I had a good experience at Innaloo, which is why I chose to return for a third visit. However, this time, I deeply regret my decision. I went to the location and was literally out of the room within two minutes. I had full face appointment, but treatment not done properly—especially my chin and the left side of my face. After treatment, she didn’t apply the soothing gel, which is required to calm the skin and prevent reactions. When I checked my face, she also ruined my eyebrow shape by overdoing it. I don’t know the employee’s name, but I demand some action, or this will escalate. Don’t waste your money here. If you get a good person, the treatment might be okay, but most of the time, their team is unprofessional, lazy, and not worth it at all. Management seriously needs to speak with their team and ensure treatments are done properly and with care. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. Very disappointing service. Don’t waste your money here. Find a better place.
