The clinic was spotless and the staff explained every step clearly. Manager Yolanda was reassuring and professional and even though the clinics internet and phone lines were down the other girls Ash and Tara went above and beyond to help me in purchasing products and a gift card for my daughter. Yolanda even offered some complimentary samples for my daughter and provided me with a lot of information.

Highly NOT recommended, especially this MORLEY branch. The management at this branch could be improved. I wasn’t given the necessary information upfront, which resulted in a significant waste of my time and effort. No manager was present, and the staff appeared unsure whom to contact when problems arose, which complicated the situation.
