I have been attending Silk Laser Clinics Palmerston for over four years, and unfortunately my experiences have been very inconsistent, largely depending on which staff member is on duty. During my visit today 23/12/2025 for laser treatment, I was overcharged due to an error made by the staff member at the front desk. When I pointed this out, she spoke to me rudely, took no accountability for her mistake, and made no effort to resolve the issue. This left me feeling disrespected, frustrated, and undervalued especially as a long-term client. I expect professionalism, accountability, and respectful customer service from a clinic of this reputation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the ongoing customer service issues at this location.
