What patients say
5.0Have seen Dr Michael Lee several times. Yes they are a very busy clinic, and i suspect that waiting times are predicated on the level of care of the individuals before you. I have never felt my consultations were rushed and would rather wait a bit longer for quality care than feel rushed to keep a schedule like a production line.
4.0I've had to visit this clinic twice over the past year. There is nothing fun about skin cancer, but the dermatologist and nurses helped make the experience as positive one. Modern facility that doesn't have that old person or freshly cleaned toilet smell. 👍
1.0The waiting times are beyond a joke. Repeated messages are sent to remind you of your upcoming appointment, but there is absolutely no intent to stick to the schedule. After multiple visits at considerable cost, all three were at least 1.5 beyond the appointment time.
1.0To see a doctor at this clinic for acne is costs $250 with a $70 dollar rebate from medicare... I saw a doctor for adult acne. The doctor was 10 minutes late. I was asked for current medication (if any), skin conditions (if any), what I currently use on my face and things I have tried. From that she wrote me a prescription for another drug to take and game me a note to get my blood tested prior to to base line my levels. As someone who has struggled with acne for many 10 years, I was really disappointed that I had to pay so much money for a 10 minute talk to just be issues another drug to take and not dive into what is causing my acne (hormone levels, life choices or other). I also felt rushed through the consultation, which makes me upset more now because I felt like I was treated inferior or as if my consultation seemed like a good opportunity to save time on... I will not be recommending this clinic of doctors.
1.0Well, just tried to ring them. Got hung up on twice. Third time got put through to a nurse and I hadn't even spoken to reception, she tried to transfer me and got cut off. Won't be going there.........
